Couple of Winners!

At the South East Wisconsin Photographers Association meeting on Monday, two image composites of senior portraits that I photographed this summer were awarded the blue ribbon for excellence, and the composite of Kelli won the highest scoring entry!  Yea!  The meeting was held in Milwaukee and the group is made-up of over 100 mostly Milwaukee area portrait photographers so I’m very proud that the images taken here in this tiny little town so far away can compete with the likes of the big city photogs by the lake!

The composites were of seniors Tyler from Prairie du Chein High and Kelli from Wonewoc Center.  Each photographer could enter two composites, one girl and one boy.  The composites were judge by a panel of accredited portrait photographers for creativity, style, techincal standards and uniqueness.

I’m thrilled that these images took the top awards and that I know that the clients that select my studio for their portraits are getting the best, period.  My over-riding goal is and always has been to produce the best senior portrait images that I’m capable of creating.  Is this easy, no.  Is this cheap, gosh no.  But it’s worth it.

Thanks to Kelli and Tyler, you’re the best and had a major part in making me look good!!!
